Our 2019 Motorcycle Drawing Winner Mike Kraak – of Arlington Heights, IL

On October 31, 2019, a national sweepstakes management firm out of New York drew Mike Kraak of Arlington Heights, IL as the official winner of the National Academy of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (NAMIL) 2019 Win A Harley FXDR114 Drawing.

The Motorcycle Safety Lawyers® sponsored a table to support Boomerz Cycle Workz and had staff promoting attendees signing up to win the NAMIL-sponsored 2019 Harley FXDR114 Drawing, learning about sponsored Accident Scene Management classes, and handing out Motorcycle Safety Lawyers® motorcycle swag.

Mike Kraak and his brother attended the Bikini Bike Wash Grand Opening of Boomerz Cycle Workz in Bloomingdale, IL, and also stopped by the Motorcycle Safety Lawyers® table and registered to try and win the drawing. Neither Mike nor his brother believed that they could or would actually win.

It took three telephone calls, first from the sweepstakes management company, then from a representative of NAMIL, and finally from David Shuman before Mike started to believe he really won. David Shuman realizing Mike Kraak wasn’t fully convinced this was legit said “Come on over, I live about 10 minutes away from you. I am not kidding around; you must complete the tax forms and publicity release paperwork immediately or you will blow this opportunity.” Mike got the message.

Mike then received the keys to the 2019 Harley FXDR114 worth $21,400 from Marc Shuman of the Motorcycle Safety Lawyers.
