When you talk about someone who brings everyone together within your motorcyclist community at Motorcycle Safety Lawyers, that person would be Jean “Jeannie” Andersen.
You can tell she’s a warm-hearted individual, right off the bat. Whether it’s a rally, a charity ride, or just hanging out casually with fellow bikers, if Jeannie is present, you can count on seeing her socializing with other bikers who truly are passionate about their motorcycles.
Her kindness spreads quickly. She has built many strong, lasting relationships through her interactions across the motorcycling industry. Her approach to building connections (and one of our core values) is based upon making people important.
As the weather warms up during bike season, you will continually see Jeannie at various types of biking-related events. Events include club rides, large rallies, dealer functions, charity rides, and motorcycle expositions across the nation. Regardless of the type of event that occurs, Jeannie focuses on three things: meeting new people and chatting with them, answering their questions and helping them get familiar with us, and making sure that when people leave our booth, we want them to feel like they’re leaving with a friend.
While getting hugs and passing out cool items is certainly part of the fun of going to these events, it’s not the only thing Jeannie does. As the communications director for Motorcycle Safety Lawyers, she compiles information from all of our activities and publishes a monthly newsletter for bikers to let them know what’s occurring throughout the entire motorcycle community. Additionally, she is always working to connect bikers with opportunities such as safety training and educationally focused workshops, and partnering with other organizations/communities to prevent motorcycle crashes from even happening.
In addition to wanting bikers to remain safe on the roads while developing a sense of unity among bikers everywhere, Jeannie cares deeply about creating a supportive environment for each biker.
To Jeannie, the riding community has never been just about the bikes or road trips. It’s always been about the people. She just wants every rider to feel supported, listened to, and backed by a community, no matter where they’re headed.
Everyone knows how easygoing Jeannie is – along with being very friendly and having a natural ability to show up for others. What draws this easygoingness out of her is turning brief “hi” greetings into longer conversations. Before you realize it, you’ve made some new friends. The way she acts allows bikers to open up to her, ask questions, and share ideas freely.
For Jeannie, the motorcycle community isn’t merely about the bikes or traveling down the road; it’s about the people. She wishes every biker had a supportive community behind them wherever they travel.
