The Road Guardians Program was created by ASM in 2010 to support Motorcycle First Response education as a critical element to outcomes should a crash occur. Road Guardians is a nationally branded program that supports Accident Scene Management’s mission to Reduce Injuries and Fatalities to Motorcyclists.

Additional bikes can be registered by calling 800-999-7064. Each additional bike is $5 per bike per year. Motorcycles must be registered with MTS to be covered.

Latin American Motorcycle Association (L.A.M.A.) was founded in 1977 in Chicago’s notorious Humboldt Park neighborhood. Known by its acronym as L.A.M.A. From the beginning L.A.M.A. It was created with the intention of being a Moto Tourism club with democratic ideals. Chicago was the only chapter until the opening of the first sister chapter in Miami in 1996, a National Association was created when the first national president was elected in 1996. It is now an international association.

They began hosting motorcycle swap meets 44 years ago, starting with the Santa Fe Speedway in Willow Springs. The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is directed by the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve, with the assistance of his staff, from the Marine Forces Reserve. Local toy collection campaigns begin in October and last until mid to late December. Toy distribution also takes place mid to late December. Members of the community drop new, unwrapped toys in collection boxes positioned in local businesses. Coordinators pick up these toys and store them in central warehouses where the toys are sorted by age and gender. At Christmas, Coordinators, with the assistance of local social welfare agencies, church groups, and other local community agencies, distribute the toys to the less fortunate children of the community.

The All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Program launched in 2018 with a simple mission: to give every child in America the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike in school. The ready-to-teach program includes teacher training and certification, complete 8 lesson curriculum with lesson plans, games and activities, a fleet of 24 Strider balance-to-pedal bikes, pedal conversion kits, fully adjustable student helmets, an instructor bike with pedal conversion kit and helmet, two rolling storage racks, and access to a resource portal with live support for the life of the program, everything needed to teach kids how to ride a bike! Supported by the Strider Education Foundation, All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Programs are active in almost 2000 schools across all 50 states, teaching nearly 200,000 kids to ride each year and over 1 million kids throughout the 10-year lifespan of the programs already in place.

In 2005, Grainne and Clay Owen founded Curing Kids Cancer in order to celebrate their son Killian, who lost his life at the age of 9, and fund research that will find cures for childhood cancer. Inspired by her son’s battle with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, Grainne has turned Curing Kids Cancer into an effective nonprofit dedicated to funding cutting-edge treatments of childhood cancers — treatments that can save the lives of children like her son Killian.

On September 11, 2001, Stephen, who was assigned to Brooklyn’s Squad 1, had just finished his shift when he got word over his scanner of a plane hitting the North Tower of the World Trade Center. He returned to Squad 1 to get his gear. Determined to carry out his duty, he strapped 60 lbs. of gear to his back and raced on foot through the tunnel to the Twin Towers, where he gave up his life while saving others. Stephen’s life and heroic death serve as a reminder to us all to live life to the fullest and to spend our time here on earth doing good – this is his legacy.
